We are a technology company not a contracting company. We are a 1:26 1 minute, 26 seconds technology company. We provide technologies right from solid waste to water to oil and gas and to uh municipal waste recycling. 1:38 1 minute, 38 seconds We have generated we have created immense number of projects. We have created uh good number of industries 1:47 1 minute, 47 seconds where we have made recycling solutions possible. viable economically and through circular economics. 1:57 1 minute, 57 seconds We are into four major segments. One is water, another is oil, third is solid waste and fourth is plastic. 2:07 2 minutes, 7 seconds I would like pushi to go through the presentation and then we can start up with the with the question and answers from all. 2:17 2 minutes, 17 seconds Please go through a a short brief on the so that everybody comes on the same pace. 2:40 2 minutes, 40 seconds And number Yes. 3:07 3 minutes, 7 seconds Yes sir. 3:08 3 minutes, 8 seconds These are some of the business models where we are working into. 3:13 3 minutes, 13 seconds I'm continuing the presentation. There are some of these are some of the uh business models. First of all, the basic 3:21 3 minutes, 21 seconds business model is EPC where we create the process. We create the technology and sell it off to the clients. Boot are 3:28 3 minutes, 28 seconds basically rental projects. Boot are where Phil invests and operates the systems for a long long period of 3:36 3 minutes, 36 seconds durations. Infrastructure development is one of the uh process where we are creating a long-term assets for 3:43 3 minutes, 43 seconds industries and for the neighborhood of any cities or countries. PPP models are the models where you know it is public 3:50 3 minutes, 50 seconds private partnership. we can generate a large scale of of of a business model or an avenue for the civil operation are 3:58 3 minutes, 58 seconds all the technologies or the processes that Felix derives are being are being controlled and are being operated successfully by by Philix. 4:10 4 minutes, 10 seconds Madam, next please. 4:15 4 minutes, 15 seconds As I said, waste water, solid waste are the two major segments where Felix today 4:22 4 minutes, 22 seconds is working. Felix has multiple plants on water where high toxic water or waste waters from industry are being recycled 4:29 4 minutes, 29 seconds to highest possible grade and at the at the most uh most economic uh solutions that can be provided through using latest technologies. These are water. 4:41 4 minutes, 41 seconds Second is solid waste. Felix is also already Felix has already entered into incineration of industrial solid waste 4:49 4 minutes, 49 seconds and plastic recycling. Uh third is the the metals where Felix is coming up with with a metal recycling process. Again 4:58 4 minutes, 58 seconds everything that we are talking or discussing comes under uh uh a head of enorment. Pelix is very focused on its 5:07 5 minutes, 7 seconds on its on its criteria of not doing business outside the enrollment segment. 5:12 5 minutes, 12 seconds Since the enrollment se segment is too large, we must have uh our hands and our subsidiaries or whatever possibilities 5:19 5 minutes, 19 seconds to to create the best solutions and and to create the most economic viable operations for the company. 5:27 5 minutes, 27 seconds Next mam. 5:33 5 minutes, 33 seconds These are the few subsidiaries that are on screen. Why fell create subsidiaries is because uh because of the limitation 5:41 5 minutes, 41 seconds on on the manpower working in the in the cine or the manpower working on the technologies. Once we create the 5:49 5 minutes, 49 seconds processes, once we create the technologies, we expect our partners in these subsidiaries to operate them for many years or or to operate them 5:56 5 minutes, 56 seconds successfully and that is how these these subsidiaries are being created. So these are all profit centers for for the company. Uh as in when the time is 6:06 6 minutes, 6 seconds moving ahead, we are growing parallelly in all our subsidiaries. 6:16 6 minutes, 16 seconds We are very confident and very sure about our subsidiaries, about our processes, about our technologies that will grow as per our expectations. 6:27 6 minutes, 27 seconds Next please madam. 6:31 6 minutes, 31 seconds These are few few uh few briefs on the processes that we are doing as of date. 6:38 6 minutes, 38 seconds So first you see on your screen is hazardous waste processing. There are two kinds of hazardous waste. First of all is the domestic waste and the second one is the industrial waste. 6:48 6 minutes, 48 seconds Whoever falls under the hazardous waste criteria are are following very stringent norms and very high quality performances of their plants to make 6:56 6 minutes, 56 seconds sure the it does not affect uh the enorment or the the the human psych or human uh ecology for any of its uh 7:06 7 minutes, 6 seconds adverse effects. Second you see on your screen is the waste oil processing. 7:11 7 minutes, 11 seconds Waste oil processing is one of the segment which is extremely demanding in in the in the Middle East countries or the Gulf 7:18 7 minutes, 18 seconds countries because there are there are tremendous quantum of the waste oil which are not uh you know uh being 7:26 7 minutes, 26 seconds processed through the refineries or the or the existing large scale pro uh uh oil processors. 7:33 7 minutes, 33 seconds Water processing solutions is the fundamental of Pelix Industries Limited. 7:37 7 minutes, 37 seconds uh it works on its standalone uh on on its strength and uh water processing. We have our own capacity, we 7:44 7 minutes, 44 seconds have our own technologies and strength where we have created multiple plants and multiple processes uh on our own. 7:53 7 minutes, 53 seconds Next one. 7:57 7 minutes, 57 seconds Plastic is one of the process where we are coming up and uh uh are are in process to uh to acquire existing 8:06 8 minutes, 6 seconds existing setup uh not exactly the setup but the company which contains the licences of of the recycling. So plastic 8:14 8 minutes, 14 seconds plastic processing is already uh on on the verge of completion of acquisition and we will be very soon it uh on our we 8:25 8 minutes, 25 seconds will see it on our balance sheet very soon. Metal processing we are we are working on it and we are expecting to 8:32 8 minutes, 32 seconds see the numbers on our balance sheet by next financial year. Next man. 8:42 8 minutes, 42 seconds These are some of the photographs of our facilities. We have multiple facilities as of now where our productions are going on. 8:50 8 minutes, 50 seconds Next madam. 8:53 8 minutes, 53 seconds These are the segments of industries where where we are working on. 9:02 9 minutes, 2 seconds These are the industry overview of all the segments that we are working on. I think madam if you can if you can just share this presentation to everybody. Uh 9:11 9 minutes, 11 seconds the basic introduction is done and let us move on to the question answers if everybody's comfortable. 9:21 9 minutes, 21 seconds Hey ma'am. 9:25 9 minutes, 25 seconds Thank you sir for the brief introduction. We will now move on to the Q&A session. Participants may raise their hand and uh ask the questions. 9:56 9 minutes, 56 seconds We'll have the first question from Aba Masade. 10:00 10 minutes Uh um good afternoon G. Uh first of all congratulations for the excellent uh Q3 performance and uh I expect that in 10:09 10 minutes, 9 seconds future also the Felix will do well. So I have two three questions. Uh first question is regarding the Q3 U profit 10:17 10 minutes, 17 seconds and loss account in that other expenses has increased by around six CR. So I just want to get insights what is the reason for the increase of other expenses. This is my first question. 10:28 10 minutes, 28 seconds Second question I want to know about the west oil processing opportunity size for the Philix in the Middle East. What is 10:36 10 minutes, 36 seconds the market size and what you are expecting to scale up in next 1 to two years for the Oman any or any the plans 10:43 10 minutes, 43 seconds to move to other markets in Middle East like UAE or Saudi Arabia? This is my second question and I would like to get 10:52 10 minutes, 52 seconds some insights about the plastic processing what is the you mentioned about the company which you are going to acquire. So what what is the scale of 11:00 11 minutes the operations that we can expect in future? Okay, I'll answer your questions. Thank you for the question. 11:07 11 minutes, 7 seconds Very nice. So, I'll start from the plastic first. Uh that plastic is as of now uh recycling its uh it's it's its 11:16 11 minutes, 16 seconds granules and uh it has its capacity of 300 tons per day uh 300 tons per month 11:23 11 minutes, 23 seconds as of now and uh as on date uh we are planning to move up to,000 tons per month. So as soon as we move, thousand 11:31 11 minutes, 31 seconds tons per month uh we will have about a revenue of about 7 crores a month and uh 11:38 11 minutes, 38 seconds this uh this is what about it is about plastic. Uh for your second question was uh oil. 11:46 11 minutes, 46 seconds Okay. So oil processing oil processing is as of now in Oman and that is well operated as of now from 11:54 11 minutes, 54 seconds last few months and as and 30 tons per day is what successfully we are achieving as of now today. 12:03 12 minutes, 3 seconds uh we are moving up to 60 tons per day uh in couple of months uh uh and expanding in our own facility expanding 12:11 12 minutes, 11 seconds on our processes and regarding the opportunity of Gulf this is uh the opportunity is huge as of 12:20 12 minutes, 20 seconds now because there are none such of uh official recyclers available in the country or in the Middle East where you 12:28 12 minutes, 28 seconds know they have the capacity to to take care of the entire range of the waste oil that is processed. So of course 12:35 12 minutes, 35 seconds there are a few but they are restricted to the quality and the quantity that comes to them but our because our plant 12:43 12 minutes, 43 seconds is a multi-purpose plant we can expand it to uh maybe by next year we can say uh in Oman itself we will be 100 TPD and 12:52 12 minutes, 52 seconds yes Edno or UAE or uh Aramo in Saudi are the potential customers for us. So for 13:00 13 minutes now we are not expanding for these financial means upcoming financial year but as soon as we achieve uh 100 TPD uh 13:08 13 minutes, 8 seconds benchmark uh yes we should expand to UAE and also to Saudi and then expansion should be of 100 TPD itself. 13:17 13 minutes, 17 seconds Okay. Uh regarding this Oman business you got recently got a big contract through Oman LG around 45 to 46. 13:25 13 minutes, 25 seconds Yes. Hello. 13:32 13 minutes, 32 seconds Earlier than that and uh what is the how is going to be managed? 13:37 13 minutes, 37 seconds Sir, I'm sorry. I just skipped a few words. Uh there was Yeah, I'm saying I'm asking about this woman LG order of 45 CR. So that order duration is around 5 years. 13:48 13 minutes, 48 seconds So is it to be required to be completed in 5 years or you are planning to complete it earlier? 13:54 13 minutes, 54 seconds So the order quantity uh is contracted for 5 years but there is an open contract. So we are expecting to 14:02 14 minutes, 2 seconds complete this this business in the in in the upcoming financial year and starting from this financial year of course. So 14:10 14 minutes, 10 seconds we might we might fall uh two three times uh on the higher numbers than the expected numbers from Oman LNG because we have efficiency we have efficiency. 14:22 14 minutes, 22 seconds So minimum that we have to do is this much but we have efficiency to do more. Mhm. 14:28 14 minutes, 28 seconds So if the that content is achieved then probably they will issue the new order in that case. 14:33 14 minutes, 33 seconds Yes. So they they are issuing sub suborders uh regarding to this contract. 14:38 14 minutes, 38 seconds So we have already started taking these sub orders that these are delivery orders and purchase orders uh on the quantity and quality that come that is 14:45 14 minutes, 45 seconds coming in. So we have already started the operations. So we see few numbers before March itself and of course we have the full financial year or the full 14:54 14 minutes, 54 seconds operational year and we'll complete the entire order. 14:58 14 minutes, 58 seconds Okay. Okay. And regarding this other expenses can you share insights? So why there is increase of CR? 15:05 15 minutes, 5 seconds So other expenses are basically the uh the civil expansion that is going on on on the on the EPC project that we are 15:14 15 minutes, 14 seconds doing uh on the on the civil front. So civil civil expansion I mean civil contracts have been given for the construction of these facilities 15:22 15 minutes, 22 seconds and uh this will this will I think it will be more uh this year because of completion of the civil contract. 15:30 15 minutes, 30 seconds Okay. So this is one time expense or is it is going to be continuing? 15:33 15 minutes, 33 seconds No no this is one time it I mean once the civil construction is done it is finished. 15:38 15 minutes, 38 seconds Uh when you are expecting to complete the con civil construction this March. 15:43 15 minutes, 43 seconds Okay. Okay. Thanks Seshi and best of luck for the future. Uh thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 15:50 15 minutes, 50 seconds Thank you sir. So we'll now take the next question from Ankor. 15:58 15 minutes, 58 seconds This financial year revenue guidance was 110 crores on the lower side. Now first 16:04 16 minutes, 4 seconds 9 month is roughly 65 crores if I'm not wrong to last quarter 45 cr 16:13 16 minutes, 13 seconds absolutely it is all planned and we are on uh the expected numbers. 16:19 16 minutes, 19 seconds So if you can help us uh what are the levers and I'm sorry I'm asking a very short-term question but what are the levers to drive such a big jump quarter? 16:29 16 minutes, 29 seconds We have we we are already working on a on a EPC contract which will be delivered in March. So you know the production and everything is already 16:37 16 minutes, 37 seconds started already at place. So we'll be we'll be completing the deliveries and that will be a a bigger lead jump. Rest 16:45 16 minutes, 45 seconds all business is on track. So about 25 crores. So we are expecting strict uh on the deliveries of these machineries. 16:54 16 minutes, 54 seconds Oh, so that's why you are referring to that other expenses discussion on the last portion was related to that project. 17:00 17 minutes The other Yes. So other expenses is the different project of civil and and and these supplies of machinery is a 17:07 17 minutes, 7 seconds different project. Of course both are both are not interrelated. They they are both different projects but uh yes civil is another thing and these uh APC contract is another thing. 17:20 17 minutes, 20 seconds Okay. And in Oman this uh what is the current production against let's say 100 TBD capacity. How much are you guys able to do right now including? 17:30 17 minutes, 30 seconds Yeah. So we are working on 30 TPD as of now and we are moving towards 60 TPD in next couple of months 17:38 17 minutes, 38 seconds and I there is no breaks on it. So I think successfully we'll be doing 60 TPD and by the end of the financial year 17:46 17 minutes, 46 seconds we'll be touching 100 TPD and there was some reference to some waste to energy in last call. also 17:54 17 minutes, 54 seconds correct as soon as as soon as we cross 60p in Oman we'll be we'll be viable to operate the 18:01 18 minutes, 1 second waste to energy project because the solid generation of of oils will help us will help us creating this energy 18:11 18 minutes, 11 seconds and that will reduce your operating cost or will you guys yes it is it is it is it is like an indirect benefit to the company uh 18:19 18 minutes, 19 seconds because uh since we will have our own energy sustainable ility increases. So you know our own energy we will consume ourself 18:28 18 minutes, 28 seconds from the waste. So of course it will it will it will reduce down the 18:37 18 minutes, 37 seconds sorry uh the voice broke. Wait. Hello. 18:43 18 minutes, 43 seconds So it will bring down the power cost basically. Understood. Yes. 18:48 18 minutes, 48 seconds and quarter 26 27 revenue project. 18:58 18 minutes, 58 seconds Uh so O andM would be close to 78 crores and rest would be all projects. 19:07 19 minutes, 7 seconds So with this new EPC which you are saying you will close in this March next year run with all this whatever EPC O 19:17 19 minutes, 17 seconds andm close to 50 is what uh we are targeting for next financial year only. 19:27 19 minutes, 27 seconds Understood. And this excludes uh Oman, right? No, no, this excludes Oman. Yes. Yes. Oman is separate. 19:35 19 minutes, 35 seconds Okay. And so just help me remind that what is the Oman target for next financial year, sir. 19:42 19 minutes, 42 seconds So, Oman uh next year we would be close to 75 to 80 crores. That's our number 19:49 19 minutes, 49 seconds because we already have this Oman LNG contract. 19:52 19 minutes, 52 seconds Uh and then we are already doing this oil processing. 19:57 19 minutes, 57 seconds So, and then there are few orders in pipeline discussions and all that. So, based on that we think we'll be close to 75 80 crores. 20:06 20 minutes, 6 seconds So this order which you got is this one year is this recurring month. So it's a open order for five years. 20:13 20 minutes, 13 seconds They have specified whatever quantity they have available as of now at that plant. They have specified that these 20:21 20 minutes, 21 seconds are the quantity that you can lift and process those waste and based on that we have a tentative revenue they have 20:30 20 minutes, 30 seconds derived. Uh if the waste keeps on adding they would issue further orders. So it's like a 5-year contract they have given 20:38 20 minutes, 38 seconds to us. The more we are efficient in terms of picking the material and processing it uh the faster we can uh 20:46 20 minutes, 46 seconds generate more revenue. But this this itself one order will take at least one uh we think one financial year full 20:54 20 minutes, 54 seconds would be gone doing this entire thing. 21:00 21 minutes and any revenue booked in Oman in this Q3 sir? 21:05 21 minutes, 5 seconds Yes, it's it's there. No, so for uh Q3 if you see I have like for Q3 I think it 21:14 21 minutes, 14 seconds is 3 or 4 crores but total for 9 months it is uh 12 crores. 21:22 21 minutes, 22 seconds Okay. And um so Oman next financial year 46 will take care of majority of your target for next Yes. Yes. Yes. 21:31 21 minutes, 31 seconds So G the guidance for F27 was 180 to 200 out of which let's say 50 is your m in 21:39 21 minutes, 39 seconds India and 70 Oman. So 120 is there a order book in place for EPC of 80 crores already or 21:48 21 minutes, 48 seconds yes so about about uh we are expecting about 25 to 40 crores of EPC and rest and and rest from the 21:55 21 minutes, 55 seconds additional uh businesses of plastics and all. So it is easy to touch next year. That is what we believe. 22:03 22 minutes, 3 seconds And Nesh this plastic will be what again? EPC or is this more recurring income? Recurring. It is recurring. Absolutely. 22:10 22 minutes, 10 seconds So how much money are you investing in setting up this plastic recycling? 22:16 22 minutes, 16 seconds So uh uh the numbers uh I we'll get back to you Nishan but the point is today the plastic 22:25 22 minutes, 25 seconds recycling is done at 300 tons per month but what the period of time in next 3 months,000 tons per month will be our 22:32 22 minutes, 32 seconds target. So you know we'll be we'll be in position to achieve about uh about uh 6 to 7 crores of monthly revenue from plastic. 22:43 22 minutes, 43 seconds So basically the unit is already see the there are three units which are already there running. So we are adding capacity and we are streamlining the operations. 22:54 22 minutes, 54 seconds Okay. So municipal waste collection and then processing it into granules and then selling it to the market. That's 23:01 23 minutes, 1 second what exactly the current operators have not been able to manage it properly. And that's where we are entering into uh 23:09 23 minutes, 9 seconds picture and we are taking a stake in those companies and that process is still going on. There are things that are still going at the back end. The 23:18 23 minutes, 18 seconds plant is uh we have provided technical support from outside to them to uh like how to streamline things and 23:27 23 minutes, 27 seconds all those things. So that that technical support is already provided and we have gone to the plants. We are seeing how 23:34 23 minutes, 34 seconds the production can be increased and it is getting streamlined over a period of time. Now it is now the production is also happening on a monthly basis but on 23:43 23 minutes, 43 seconds our books it will take maybe uh I'm not sure but I think before March we'll see something on our books as well. 23:53 23 minutes, 53 seconds So sir just give us more color. You are acquiring these municipal contracts which were awarded to some other private parties. Is that correct? 24:03 24 minutes, 3 seconds There is an exclusive there is an exclusive contract given for for these three cities Ahmedabad, Bodha and Surat and these exclusivity is being signed by 24:10 24 minutes, 10 seconds the government for next 40 years and we are paid only for processing or 24:17 24 minutes, 17 seconds we are paid when we are able to sell the recycled plastic. So we are paid when we sell the uh plastics and uh and and we 24:26 24 minutes, 26 seconds have been achieving the highest grade of the of the quality that is that can be possible. So you know we as of now the 24:34 24 minutes, 34 seconds the production quality is is up to the mark and the government gives environmental 24:40 24 minutes, 40 seconds credits which are uh which can be encased. Okay. So that is the advant 24:48 24 minutes, 48 seconds gives uh So if you don't mind, how much are we paying to win the to take over these three contracts? 24:58 24 minutes, 58 seconds So the that still the number is yet to be crystallized. So that's what I said we we are uh doing the technical support 25:06 25 minutes, 6 seconds from outside but yes the exact number we will uh update as soon as it is finalized 25:15 25 minutes, 15 seconds and sir what will be our gross margins or margins from this once you are hitting let's say 6 crores per month 25:24 25 minutes, 24 seconds ret about about 15% should be our our gross and about 10 more than 10% maybe 25:31 25 minutes, 31 seconds 12% % should be on on the 15 to 17% you understand gross and 10 to 12% is pet 25:40 25 minutes, 40 seconds yes sir so sir this business so please join back in Q sure okay 25:47 25 minutes, 47 seconds okay thank you uh now we'll take the question from Q&A tab so my question read out civil construction expense 25:55 25 minutes, 55 seconds which is an other expense is for the client project or it is company's capeex if it is for client project then we will 26:02 26 minutes, 2 seconds see respective revenue booking also in current quarter right? Yes. Yes. 26:13 26 minutes, 13 seconds It is for the client. 26:19 26 minutes, 19 seconds Okay sir. Uh participants are requested to raise their hand if uh if you're interested in asking question. 26:55 26 minutes, 55 seconds So we have questions in Q&A tab. Uh the question is uh what could be the expected AITA margin going forward? 27:04 27 minutes, 4 seconds So generally we we are on an average maintaining 25 to 30% ITA margin. So 27:10 27 minutes, 10 seconds that that is going to be uh maintained in the next uh periods as well. There's another question. 27:24 27 minutes, 24 seconds What is capital total uh what is the total capital currently deployed in boot assets? 27:33 27 minutes, 33 seconds So uh moot assets would be close to uh I can just a minute 27:47 27 minutes, 47 seconds it would be close to uh 25 to 30 30 35 crores. Yes, that would be the uh boot assets that we are already working on. 27:58 27 minutes, 58 seconds The question is total uh capital currently deployed in boot assets. 28:02 28 minutes, 2 seconds I mean that that's what I'm saying that is the investment we have already done. 28:07 28 minutes, 7 seconds And the next question is any vision to share for FI28 FI29 28:14 28 minutes, 14 seconds VH 27 we gave already 77 we are clear with the with the 28:22 28 minutes, 22 seconds current processing and the with the current assets that we own. 28:27 28 minutes, 27 seconds uh 28 uh is a little far for the companies like us. So but of course the the the top line and the bottom line 28:34 28 minutes, 34 seconds cannot decrease it has to increase. So I am very hopeful that we will see uh a bright 28. 28:44 28 minutes, 44 seconds See it all depends on just to give you it all depends on uh how this uh like the Oman orders and if we are in 28:53 28 minutes, 53 seconds discussions with a lot of this is just one contract that we have got uh Oman LNG is one of the biggest players. If 29:01 29 minutes, 1 second this is contract is successfully delivered then the gates open for very large companies uh there. So that gives 29:09 29 minutes, 9 seconds a lot of leeway and uh to us where we can uh generate a huge 29:16 29 minutes, 16 seconds volume there. So but we don't want to be very optimistic and sound like we give very big big numbers but it seems that 29:24 29 minutes, 24 seconds this year is crucial like 26 uh 25 26 was crucial for us and we are on track 29:32 29 minutes, 32 seconds uh closing the numbers what we had targeted. Same way 26 27 is also hopefully we'll be on track of the 29:41 29 minutes, 41 seconds numbers that we are saying and if we are able to achieve that level then at that scale I think uh 15 20% growth becomes 29:50 29 minutes, 50 seconds easier for us then even in India if I add on there are 29:57 29 minutes, 57 seconds multiple multiple processes or or or facilities uh we are under discussion and under development So even if we even 30:06 30 minutes, 6 seconds if we see 20 27 uh we will have new uh 30:13 30 minutes, 13 seconds prices coming up. So all these 26 27 should be turning up to good numbers on 28. 30:22 30 minutes, 22 seconds Okay sir, we'll take the next question from Q&A tab. Uh can you give revenue bifurcation between India and abroad government and non-government for FI27? 30:35 30 minutes, 35 seconds government we generally are working with uh mostly with private entities. So uh government non-government is uh I don't 30:45 30 minutes, 45 seconds think we have any uh except in the plastic that that will eventually come in future we do not have any contracts 30:53 30 minutes, 53 seconds from uh like government so we are all working with private entities only. 31:02 31 minutes, 2 seconds Okay. Uh sir we have follow questions from Ankur. Yeah. 31:08 31 minutes, 8 seconds So I'll take a one by one these questions which are appearing in the Q&A. Ab has asked can you please share insights on 31:16 31 minutes, 16 seconds metal and asset trigger what is expected? So metal uh metal is already on track. 31:23 31 minutes, 23 seconds There are some advanced discussions but which we can't disclose at this point. 31:28 31 minutes, 28 seconds But then yes there is very advanced discussion on uh starting this metal business. uh sooner than what we had 31:37 31 minutes, 37 seconds projected. So maybe we may have some good news on that side but that is subjective. Uh once those things happen 31:45 31 minutes, 45 seconds then only we can say with confirmity that these are going to start. Acid reclamation reclamation business is one 31:52 31 minutes, 52 seconds where we have installed a pilot plant in Punjab uh somewhere with and that P pilot plant is working well. It is still 32:02 32 minutes, 2 seconds under testing phase and we are still testing all those things. But yes uh as per our expectations the results are 32:10 32 minutes, 10 seconds good. Even the client is happy on that side. So we still want to give 3 months time to for that to stabilize. If that 32:19 32 minutes, 19 seconds works out well there is another opportunity available there but that would be 32:26 32 minutes, 26 seconds u a far I mean too soon to jump on that kind of thing. So it it has been like it's as retentioned we are a technology 32:34 32 minutes, 34 seconds company. So that is one technology that we have developed and we are seeing good results but how that will convert into 32:43 32 minutes, 43 seconds revenue would be still a premature kind of a statement at this point in time. 32:50 32 minutes, 50 seconds But metal for metal if we say uh we can uh for the first year 2627 we can be 32:59 32 minutes, 59 seconds close to uh 50 crores uh that we can definitely do in 2627 if uh uh the 33:08 33 minutes, 8 seconds discussions that we are already having uh materialize. So that is the top line that we can expect. 33:17 33 minutes, 17 seconds When are we expecting to list on main board? Now this is not I cannot answer that retail. 33:24 33 minutes, 24 seconds So we are we are we are we are complying the entire uh entire the main board's 33:31 33 minutes, 31 seconds compliances. So after March once we finish the audits of the books uh we will be applying for the main board. So 33:40 33 minutes, 40 seconds we will see ourselves for the mate board next week. 33:45 33 minutes, 45 seconds Main board question is again same. How will the acquisition of plastic waste recycling 33:52 33 minutes, 52 seconds equity swap cash? Mostly it would be cash or so mostly it would be that way only. 34:04 34 minutes, 4 seconds Uh are we planning to okay again are we planning to add more government projects going forward because see government 34:12 34 minutes, 12 seconds projects we we are it's not that we are uh averse to taking government projects but government projects have a very 34:20 34 minutes, 20 seconds typical tendency of functioning in a very different manner and it becomes challenging to recover money that's why 34:27 34 minutes, 27 seconds we have till now avoided taking government contracts uh government orders private private parties it is 34:34 34 minutes, 34 seconds much easier to deal with decision making is fast and that is why we are still focusing on government project there are 34:42 34 minutes, 42 seconds lot of bureaucratic hassles in that so we we have till now avoided that but maybe in something very good comes up we 34:51 34 minutes, 51 seconds are not saying no to everything but as of now we are not taking Oman once we reach 100 TP then what is the revenue 35:00 35 minutes potential per month. Okay, if you can 35:07 35 minutes, 7 seconds 100 question for TPD turnover monthly uh about 10 to 11 crores. 35:17 35 minutes, 17 seconds Okay, please tell guidance for FI also what is peak revenue possible from all business lines? 35:26 35 minutes, 26 seconds Guidance for FI. So guidance for FI27 we already like close to 180 to 200 crores is what our plan is. Hopefully we can go 35:35 35 minutes, 35 seconds beyond that but also what is the peak revenue possible from all business lines including plastic at 80% capital plans 35:44 35 minutes, 44 seconds to fund raise also please tell plans related to migration to so plastic I think uh as mentioned that if things go 35:52 35 minutes, 52 seconds well then it can be 6 to 7 cr and that would be uh that that number is achievable. So we are already seeing 36:01 36 minutes, 1 second that kind of production already happening. So that should not be a problem. Do you have any plans to fund raise? Fundra as of now is only 36:11 36 minutes, 11 seconds restricted to bank borrowing debt. So uh that is what we are doing which is regular working capital. So other than 36:19 36 minutes, 19 seconds that maybe if there is some project or the planning happens we may go for a fun but as of now we are 36:28 36 minutes, 28 seconds already uh taken care of the requirements of funding. 36:34 36 minutes, 34 seconds you indicated APC what can be the blended margins so 36:44 36 minutes, 44 seconds blended margins like uh net margin if we say we are close to 17 to 20% so that 36:50 36 minutes, 50 seconds that is that there is going to be a mix of I mean on an average this is going to be maintained 36:58 36 minutes, 58 seconds epc boot segmental margins O PC segmental segmental margins to be 37:09 37 minutes, 9 seconds given uh I will have to separately give it to you because that uh we'll we will have to if you want specific numbers it 37:18 37 minutes, 18 seconds would be challenging as of now to give it I'm keen to know about the technology part felix promote recycle reuse recover 37:27 37 minutes, 27 seconds reduce mixed salt preparation and hydrocarbon rice recycling most against smaller ret 37:35 37 minutes, 35 seconds if I am not aware of this technology sir what is the question uh I am keen to know about the technology part felix promotes a recycle 37:43 37 minutes, 43 seconds reuse recover reduce philosophy do we have technical ability to handle mixed salt separation and hydrocarbon 37:52 37 minutes, 52 seconds recycling give us a more uh against a smaller local water treatment pl 38:00 38 minutes yes yes of course we have both the processes in hand. So we can make multiple uh different kind of salts from 38:08 38 minutes, 8 seconds the from the meat salt solution or uh we are we are already using these processes for our CTP where we can where the where 38:17 38 minutes, 17 seconds the concentrate of meat salts can be separated with with maybe sodium sulfate or sodium chloride or magnesium sulfate magnesium whatever category we want to 38:24 38 minutes, 24 seconds do it and then and then can be sellable to the market. So yes, we do have those technologies for separating out different salts. Regarding the oil, yes, 38:33 38 minutes, 33 seconds of course, we have the processes because already the plant is operational in Oman and uh we are doing it well as of now. 38:40 38 minutes, 40 seconds So yes, oil separation and uh salt separations both processes are in house. 38:47 38 minutes, 47 seconds Can I know who started the someone named Kushi? What's her designation? 38:52 38 minutes, 52 seconds Is this uh mean I think she's at the organizer from Finn portal 39:02 39 minutes, 2 seconds 200 let let kushi take care of the questions I don't know how to take care of all these questions at a time 39:10 39 minutes, 10 seconds no problem now I have taken charge so the government's focus or remain on zero liquid discharge for industries can 39:18 39 minutes, 18 seconds felix become a preferred partner for textile chemical industry indries or for that matter. So we are already like 39:28 39 minutes, 28 seconds textile we are already doing chemical industries we are already doing but uh you have to understand we are already 39:35 39 minutes, 35 seconds pref doing those things there but these are uh projects which are engineering projects. So there is a limitation to 39:44 39 minutes, 44 seconds taking the number of projects. So there is a limitation to creating capacity to creating taking order. So at a time we 39:51 39 minutes, 51 seconds can only do four five orders like which can be combination of one large order and two three small and some medium. So 40:00 40 minutes that's where uh the capacity limitation comes in and that's where we are slowly expanding expanding. So zero so we are 40:10 40 minutes, 10 seconds preferred partner but there are so many industry that we will not be able to reach each one of them. 40:18 40 minutes, 18 seconds any lights on project are we expecting? 40:22 40 minutes, 22 seconds So as of now there are six projects that are going with so that that currently stands as it is. 40:29 40 minutes, 29 seconds Uh I we are not uh get mean we are not bidding for any new orders uh as of now. 40:36 40 minutes, 36 seconds So those six projects are currently going on. 40:41 40 minutes, 41 seconds Can we expect some benefit to us if oil prices goes up? Yes. 40:49 40 minutes, 49 seconds Yes. 40:50 40 minutes, 50 seconds Directly correlating the directly correlating the the the crude prices when we sell this oil. So yes it 40:57 40 minutes, 57 seconds benefits but on means it would not be very significant in terms of because oil 41:06 41 minutes, 6 seconds processing when we have a large volume of oil processing then it may have a some impact on like it can change our 41:14 41 minutes, 14 seconds like margin structure but we are only we have capacity of 100 tons which is a combination of so many things so I don't 41:23 41 minutes, 23 seconds see oil prices will have effect some marginal impact here and there. 41:31 41 minutes, 31 seconds So we'll take follow question from Ankur. Yes sir. 41:41 41 minutes, 41 seconds GM sorry just to clarify 180 41:50 41 minutes, 50 seconds India O&M was 50 crores Oman is 60 and EPC will be another 50 to 160 and 41:58 41 minutes, 58 seconds plastic is 20 for financial year 27 so plastic can be more 42:05 42 minutes, 5 seconds okay but first three figures are correct right so first three 160 and plastic gives whatever it gives correct Yeah. 42:13 42 minutes, 13 seconds Okay. Um last call when we discussed 180 sorry you said plastic is not included. So correct. 42:24 42 minutes, 24 seconds Uh so as of now as of as of now as we as we speak. 42:28 42 minutes, 28 seconds So Oman is also predicted to have about 75 as number. M 50 50 is from operations 42:36 42 minutes, 36 seconds and even if we even if we do 50 as EPC so we fulfill our numbers. Okay. 42:43 42 minutes, 43 seconds But now since uh but now since plastic is in place this will give us additional boost and we are also we are also expecting to 42:52 42 minutes, 52 seconds uh to take charge on on we are expecting it is not sure but we are expecting to take charge on on the metals part also. 42:59 42 minutes, 59 seconds So they will also give us additional books. 43:03 43 minutes, 3 seconds Okay. Um that's fine. And sir 50 of next year uh of EPC how much of that will eventually translate to onm for you? 43:14 43 minutes, 14 seconds All so next so next year when we are expecting to 50 next year it should be crossing 85 43:22 43 minutes, 22 seconds only from India right? Excluding Omar only from India. Yes sir. 43:27 43 minutes, 27 seconds Understood. and any targets for you to uh keep bidding for EPCs in coming year because that's 43:34 43 minutes, 34 seconds Yeah. Yeah. So already already things are in pipeline and uh for next financial year we are already in discussions with with with 43:41 43 minutes, 41 seconds the some of the most reputed largest industries of the countries. So it is not a challenge 43:50 43 minutes, 50 seconds but this time when you are bidding for I mean EBC we have 43:58 43 minutes, 58 seconds or even in O andM we had to spend money right on on the machinery when we are talking to bigger clients you still have 44:04 44 minutes, 4 seconds to invest in the machinery so then when when we are doing EPC of course we need working capital but there 44:12 44 minutes, 12 seconds is in a cyclic cyclic motion mm So yeah so larger the project the larger working capability but that's 44:19 44 minutes, 19 seconds okay ankur last time I think see as far as I remember see every I mentioned in 44:25 44 minutes, 25 seconds the last call also that determining which order to take and how 44:32 44 minutes, 32 seconds to structure it is is an is a decision which is unique to every project. Okay. 44:39 44 minutes, 39 seconds So if we are getting like what currently mentioned is we are in discussion with with one of the largest companies. Okay. 44:47 44 minutes, 47 seconds Uh if that order comes in that that would be a again that would be a boot project but then it would give us a very 44:55 44 minutes, 55 seconds huge uh andm revenue on a uh regular basis. So that's where we are taking a 45:02 45 minutes, 2 seconds call based on uh the size of the project the revenue margins and everything. So 45:08 45 minutes, 8 seconds we are focused towards increasing our O andM uh revenue on a month-on-month 45:15 45 minutes, 15 seconds basis. That's basically our we EPC is like one time you sell it but most of 45:21 45 minutes, 21 seconds the cases whenever we are doing on EPC also we are pushing the clients to go for O andM with us only. Okay. So we are 45:31 45 minutes, 31 seconds trying to push for maximum O andM project because that's a revenue where uh we get very good and handsome margins 45:39 45 minutes, 39 seconds there and we have control over the client and any capeex coming in or new additions coming in is always known to 45:47 45 minutes, 47 seconds us. So that's where we have a full track of our customers. We have full grip on the customers and that those repetitive 45:55 45 minutes, 55 seconds orders start coming in like Arti Industries if you take we are doing multiple plants and it is going on 46:03 46 minutes, 3 seconds for last four years. Every year they are adding something new or the other they are giving it to us. Same way for all 46:12 46 minutes, 12 seconds they are adding new new things. Nishan by what I'm trying to understand is key let's say up financially at 27 46:21 46 minutes, 21 seconds hypothetically you do 70 cr&m domestic right my understanding is m domestic will give you easily 70% aida 46:29 46 minutes, 29 seconds because there's no hardly you don't have to spend anything no no it is not 46:37 46 minutes, 37 seconds doesn't mean that we just deploy manpower and it involves consumables every some replacements of uh motors and 46:46 46 minutes, 46 seconds so 40 50% is the cost around that roughly if I say if you say by thumb 46:52 46 minutes, 52 seconds rule it goes around that so it's not that O andM gives you such huge margin it industries will not be able to 47:00 47 minutes operate with at such cost if there is so huge margin on our side no so it it is not like that 47:08 47 minutes, 8 seconds so you're saying it's more close to 50% right on&m domestic Yes. Yes. 47:15 47 minutes, 15 seconds 40 to 50%. 47:19 47 minutes, 19 seconds Okay. And what is the total debt as of now or sension limits? 47:25 47 minutes, 25 seconds So we have 14 crores uh working capital and another 4 crores of uh debt from uh 47:36 47 minutes, 36 seconds an NBFC on the company as on date and is there any undrawn sanction 47:45 47 minutes, 45 seconds working capitaliz CC 47:56 47 minutes, 56 seconds what I'm trying to understand is if you're bid bidding for a bigger O andM if you need a 40 30 K working capital 48:04 48 minutes, 4 seconds limit is that available today or you'll have to apply for it no we we have already approached banks so see the renewal is due so we are 48:12 48 minutes, 12 seconds already submitting documents and maybe we have asked for further enhancement so that all Those processes are going on simultaneously. Working capital enhancement is going on with the banks. 48:23 48 minutes, 23 seconds So last question Oman say I don't think so 48:34 48 minutes, 34 seconds I have not seen but we haven't repatriated anything. So uh and anything that comes first it will go towards 48:43 48 minutes, 43 seconds companyration first and then all the best. Thanks. 48:54 48 minutes, 54 seconds Thank you. Thank you. Thank you sir. 48:58 48 minutes, 58 seconds Participants who are interested in asking questions may raise their hand. 49:26 49 minutes, 26 seconds Thank you for the engaging session. On behalf of Felix Industries Limited, thank you for joining today's call on human disconnect. 49:39 49 minutes, 39 seconds So should we conclude ma'am? Thank you. Oh yes sir. Thank you. Thank you sir. Thank you everybody. 49:48 49 minutes, 48 seconds Thank you.
