Using ConCallIQ

By accessing ConCallIQ’s website or using its research tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “ConCallIQ” means the website, research tools, email features, optional Pro features, and Reddit app described here.

Accounts and conduct

Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate details when you create or update an account. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, abuse its endpoints, or use ConCallIQ to violate another person’s rights or applicable rules. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Free and paid features

ConCallIQ offers free research features and optional paid Pro features. The features, price, currency, and access period that apply to a purchase are shown before you confirm checkout. Payments are processed by Cashfree. Paid access is activated after payment confirmation and is associated with the period recorded in your account. If you have a billing question, contact us with the relevant order details; do not email card or banking credentials.

Research is informational

ConCallIQ organizes public company information, earnings calls, filings, and related sources. Summaries, extracted figures, classifications, assistant responses, and links can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are provided for general information and research, not as investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell a security. ConCallIQ does not assess your financial circumstances or risk tolerance.

Investment decisions carry risk. Check important figures and statements against the original company filings and other primary sources, and consult an appropriately qualified adviser for advice specific to you. Do not rely on an automated summary as the sole basis for a decision.

Reddit bot

The ConCallIQ Reddit app may reply automatically to a public post when it detects a covered company and an earnings-research topic, and when the app is installed and enabled in that community. It may skip a post or fail to reply. Replies are automated research summaries, not recommendations or personalized advice. The app does not send direct messages or vote. A post can opt out of an automated reply by including !stopbot or !no-bot; community moderators control whether the app is enabled.

Sources and third parties

ConCallIQ links to company filings, public data providers, and other external websites. Those sources and services are operated by others and have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. A link does not mean ConCallIQ controls or endorses the linked service. When you use a third-party service, its terms apply to your interaction with it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ConCallIQ useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every dataset, source, or feature will always remain available. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and revise these terms as the service changes. The updated date at the top indicates when this page was last revised. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
