Our performance in quarter 3 did not meet the expectation that we had from ourselves. In technology despite no hiring we grew 20%. The fact that we have been able to pivot and that pivot has worked out, albeit on the back of a strong AI wave, because reskilling of the 6 million workforce is a huge humongous opportunity and I think we have to take full advantage of that.
On the guidance, we are expecting double-digit growth year on year in Q4.
