What is the sales guidance for FY28-29 and margin outlook?

We do not compromise on margins for volume. We pick out high quality projects. I do not see a reduction in margins and because so many projects are in the pipeline from the government side. We definitely will see a growth in order book inflow and also the turnover in the coming year without a doubt.

What is the status of cash flow conversion, receivables, and contingent liabilities?

Currently in your question there are various things. First we start with the cash flow in the 1500 rows order book. There is no backlog and there is no slow moving WIP as of date. In last five years we already monetized more than 100 CR from the arbitration awards and we are expecting approximately 200 to 225 CR amount in the next two years.

My name is Umakhani. I am actually the second generation the promoter from the promoter side. I was appointed as a GMD this year itself. Going forward we have three more people in our family that are right now under training and they will also be joining the board in the coming couple of years.

What is the scale of execution for current and next year given cash conversion concerns?

50% of our current order book is yet to start. So they will all start this year in the coming quarters. In the coming quarter you will see a growth in cash flow also in turnover also in profitability because these projects are well funded and critical nature to the government in the northeast.

How much of the 800 CR executable order book will come this year?

Majority of it I think about 80% since these are EPC projects milestone based billings. It is hard to put a very specific percentage on it but a majority of the works are in the billing is done in the first phase of the project because those items are easier and faster to execute.

When will the mall be live and what is the real estate revenue potential?

By the end of the year we will finalize the plan and the construction of the first phase will begin. This project will be done in three phases and by the end of three phases we expect a rental income of about 50 to 60 crores annually. In the first phase about 35% of that we expect.

What is the total land bank held and its current valuation?

In the real estate segment we have approximately four lakh square ft of the shopping mall area. Industry park is developed over 100 acres. We have holding currently approximately 30 to 35 acres of land still with us. If we sum up all the real estate assets in the company we have approximately land of 100 to 200 CR in the nutrient segment and from the city center point of view that is around between 600 to 700 CR.

Why expand pan-India when Northeast itself offers orders?

We are very extremely selective on which projects to bid outside the northeast because it is a very hyper competitive space. West Bengal as a state we are strongly targeting because it is adjacent to the northeast. The culture is similar, our mobilization costs are low and it has a very bright future in terms of upcoming infrastructure spending.

What is the effective tax rate and why does it vary between 12-35%?

We are into the scheme of 115D where the taxes applicable are 22% plus surcharge plus cess. Going forward we can expect around 12 to 15% in this year also because there is a principal repayment of 14 CR that again we get the deduction on that and after 28 that deduction will be complete and then we will tax in the range between 20 to 22%.

What are the specific plans to improve ROC?

The way we are working on improving our ROC is through our bidding strategy. Since ROC is a function of cash flow and margin, when we work with departments that have strongly backed funds we can raise our bills more frequently and therefore increase our cash flow.
